Technical support and training

 

Our staff have intimate knowledge of meteorological and oceanographic instrumentation, and can offer full technical training (group or one-on-one) on all of our product range.

To give our clients peace of mind we offer varying levels of technical support when required. This could be task specific such as periodic servicing of deployed equipment, maintenance of a real-time web portal, or a full services package including installation, maintenance and management services.

An example of a full services package for a real-time integrated system includes:

  • Installation
  • Telemetry charges
  • Data quality control
  • Periodic field service visits
  • Equipment repair and maintenance
  • Equipment calibration
  • Providing and maintaining secure web-portal for real-time data access
  • Data management and dissemination (quality assurance, maintenance of web-portal)
  • Reporting
  • Decommissioning

We can also offer our clients a resource whereby TechWorks team members can be contracted for field work on client’s projects. We can provide experienced technical field staff at short notice on an on-demand basis or over period of time through service contracts.
