ROV Services
TechWorks Marine has a VideoRay Pro III XE GTO ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle). The VideoRay Pro 3 ROV is tried and tested systems for commercial or demanding applications. All Pro 3 models have an open architecture that accommodates a wide variety of tools and sensors.
All components fit neatly in three watertight, rolling Pelican cases that can be stored in the trunk of a car or in airline luggage compartments. The entire system weighs less than 40 kg allowing for rapid and convenient mobilization.

Recent projects:
- Geological Survey of Ireland: Groundtruthing LIDAR survey data as part of INFOMAR campaign.
- Commissioners of Irish Lights: Conducted a ship wreck survey to ascertain if there was a hazard to navigation.
- Provision of ROV for drinking water pipe and tank inspections.
- CMRC (UCC): TechWorks Marine have been contracted by CMRC to aid them in their research of jellyfish. We conducted vertical assessments of jellyfish to help determine jellyfish abundance.
